Q. Are any SDKs directly endorsed by the Ontario Ministry of Energy?

Q. I have found certain SDKs by searching but none seem directly endorsed by the Ontario Ministry of Energy.

A. There are some existent SDK’s available for US versions of the Green Button CMD API. You might use these as a start point, or you might use a tool that is able to consume and generate code stubs from the Web Application Description Language (WADL) referenced above.

It should be noted that the Ontario implementation does leverage OAuth 2.0, which is a deviation from the current version of the NAESB standard, but is planned in the imminent release of the next version. Hence the reason for incorporating it now in the Ontario Reference Architecture.
