Greenbutton API in Codeigniter

Oh hai, guys.

There seems to be much grief and gnashing of teeth over this API. I'm hoping if I share my existing work in PHP's Codeigniter framework it may give some of ya'll a boost. These snippets will get you to the point of grabbing stuff from the UsagePoint endpoint. I'm also hoping others may be interested in contributing. Its a bit quick and dirty, but any fixes, suggestions, expansions would be cool.
