Q. With 'Web' Apps being acceptable for the challenge, what steps are being taken to ensure developers aren't continuing to work on their Apps after the 21st of January?

A. All submitters are held to the same standard. You probably recall that in order to enter a submission, you needed to check a box at the bottom of the submission form that said "I have read and agree to be bound by the official rules (http://energyappsontario.challengepost.com/rules)." By also checking that box, every other contestant acknowledged that they would not update their app between now and the winners announcement. Our team certainly wants do all that we can to ensure a fair competition. If you would like to report anything in specific, please feel free to send a note to support@challengepost.com. In the spirit of the competition, we try not to seek out reasons to disqualify developers, but rather investigate issues as they come to our attention.
